This week in Kindergarten:

It is Spirit Week!  Show your Veritas Spirit!  Spirit Week concludes with our pep rally and talent show on Friday, March 19.  You are invited to join any of the activities! 

Spring Break:  March 22-26!!  Have a safe and fun week off of school.  I encourage everyone to spend some time reading with your child each day! 

Bible:  Lessons:  Jesus and the Lepers; Lazarus and the Rich Man; The Rich Young Ruler; Zacchaeus.  Memory verses:  U:  Unto Thee, O God, do we give thanks.  Psalm 75:1; V:  Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in My name, He will give it to you.  John 16:33. 

Phonics/Reading/Writing:  Review one and two vowel rules.  Review all special sounds we have learned so far.  Please review Chart 6 with your child at home.  READING HOMEWORK TUESDAY AND THURSDAY!

Math:  Facts homework MONDAY only this week!

Spelling:  List 7:  Mon. - Wed.:  Review in class and write words 3 times each.  Thursday:  Practice test.  Friday:  Test.

MONTGOMERY ZOO FIELD TRIP:  LOOK FOR PERMISSION FORMS THIS WEEK!  RETURN BY MARCH 30!!!
