Required Reading:
The Holy Bible. This should be read for 10-15 minutes a day. (Each child will be required to have an NIV Bible for use in class daily.)
Kids-Read aloud & read to yourself.
Parents- Question them on what they are reading to help with comprehension. Let’s keep those minds sharp!
Recommended Reading:
“The Lion, Witch, & the Wardrobe” by C.S. Lewis or any other books from the Chronicles of Narnia
Any “Puffin” Classics…
The “Little House” books…
“Nancy Drew” & “Hardy Boys” books
“The Tree House” books…
“The Box Car” books…
Any “Roald Dahl” books…
Just about any books of interest… JUST KEEP READING!!!
